Iconic luxury family of furniture brands needed an integrated CRM experience for its entire sales, marketing and customer service teams across 6 total brands. Using the HubSpot platform, we were able to manage all of these moving parts to effectively scale productivity across all departments

The Process

We began with an audit, strategy and timeline. From there we onboarding the entire sales team (inside and outside reps), developed all reporting and automation, then moved onto customer service and database support for the marketing team.
