Dalwhinnie Farms ownership had committed to opening and launching a luxury cannabis dispensary in Aspen, Colorado. Poor decisions by the prior management team along with pandemic related delays had created urgency to launch the brand by opening the dispensary.
While branding was in place, work was needed to create the website, social media channels, local SEO presence, and to brand awareness locally and in select Aspen feeder markets. I created the marketing budgets and deployed resources across channels and let all public relations efforts.
