ROAS

PetO Pet Supplies

PetO were a traditional retail brand, the third largest chain of pet supplies in Australia. They decided to launch their eCommerce store in 2019, but did not see it as a key pillar of their brand until the pandemic, which customers online, as they were unable to visit the brick-and-mortar stores.


The ROAS was great at that time, during the lockdowns, however as customers returned to stores the ROAS began to quickly decline and the customer was concerned about the profitability of the site and their marketing activity. The ROAS had dropped a peak of~800% during lockdown to only ~250% a few months later.


I joined the account to drive the account strategy and lift campaign performance.



Vaughtons

Vaughtons and parent company WH Darby’s are a 200 year old business operating in Birmingham’s (England) world famous jewellery quarter.  Manufacturers of handmade insignia, specialising in products such as Jewels, Medals, Chains of Office, Lapel Badges, Cufflinks and much more. During their prod history they have made Olympic medals, the FA Cup, and have had commissions from several royal families.

 

In 2021 Vaughtons approach Delta with a challenge. 

 

In recent years the business had diversified and created new revenue streams. This strategy had produced good results but also meant the business had lost focus and it’s brand identity had been diluted. Up against an increasingly competitive market, offering ever more specialised services and products Vaughtons understood that they need to evolve the business if they were to successfully see off the competition and build for the future.

ROAS

Dessert Holdings

Dessert Holdings was in need of a new website, a marketing plan, social media plan + SEO in Spring of 2019 that would effectively reach and connect with two sets of core consumers: their foodservice consumers (B2C) and their retail consumers (B2B). The opportunity presented with this unique challenge was the ability to create a beautiful, new customizable website that would not only communicate to all consumers, but also have the ability to increase brand equity, product sales and overall brand awareness.

Paytient

Paytient needed several customer journeys written and produced in a short amount of time. There were over 150 emails that needed to be created, edited, built and tested in less than six months.

The Redux Group

The Redux Group, a real estate group in the DC area, faced challenges in consolidating audiences for improved tagging and segmentation. The Marketing Specialist overseeing events and email marketing sought assistance.
