As a new inclusive tween brand in the Victoria's Secret family, it was important to get the launch of Happy Nation just right. Through authentic language and branding that appeals to both tweens and their parents, the brand came to life and launched in May 2022.
In partnership with New York-based agency King & Partners, I brought the brand vision to life through copywriting in various channels, including email, social media, digital ads, and direct mail.

For Singapore Grand Prix, the tickets always sell out, but the challenge was to sell out as soon as possible, by targeting and reaching those who are more likely to purchase the tickets. This required optimizing the media channels and targeting in order to increase online transactions and reducing the cost per transaction.
This company is relatively new, and generally their services are ones that people look for specifically on google, rather than show interest through social media. Their Google ads were doing well, and scaling, and therefore I was being tested as they were hesitant to go on Facebook ads.
