The Challenge

The challenge for this brand was to elevate their look and feel and mimic this branding on their website and social media pages. A new website was needed and so SEO was to be started from scratch, as the website would need to be refreshed in terms of content and keywords, making the site more searchable.

The Process

As the digital marketing manager, it was my job to conduct all of the SEO tactics that were needed for the website. From writing searchable content to writing alt-tags and meta-tags, the site was completely refreshed to rank higher on Google.

Moving forward my role is to manage all other digital aspects of the brand, from their email marketing to their social media accounts.

The Solution

Increase traffic to the website by 35% since October 2020.

The site now receives more traffic each month which has lead to an increase in white paper and guide downloads, which has increased the brand's email subscriber base by over 300 new subscribers.

C4 Energy

Every brand wants to go viral on social media for the right reasons. We believe that’s not always up to luck. Rather it’s often up to proper audience alignment between the brand, the publisher content, and the audience.

In Q4 of 2020 we put together a series of placements with Barstool Sports on behalf of C4 Energy. The rate card for those particular placements promised slightly more than 750k views.

By working on nailing the audience alignment the campaign went immediately viral soaring past 9.5 Million views. A huge win coming into the competitive Black Friday weekend.

Haiti-Now

Haiti Now is a non-profit organization that seeks to give economic empowerment to girls in Haiti’s Restavek system through education and a safe environment. The organization, however, was not receiving enough money in donations to support their mission, thus leading the CEO to come to the conclusion that the issue might have to do with the website's User Experience.

My role as a UX Researcher and Designer was to optimize the website for growth so that Haiti Now could have the impact that it seeks. The website was busy, had outdated copy, and had a lot of information that had to be re-arranged in a more user-friendly manner.
