The Challenge

Krypt offers business process and operations services for Global Trade & Supply Chain. They came to us with zero marketing channels and the bulk of their business was built from their existing networks.

They had never done SEO on their site before and their development team never made it a priority.

This meant there was a ton of work to be done on it for Google to even recognize them as a legitimate authority in their niche.

They weren't ranked for anything that generated them organic search traffic so we had to literally start from scratch.

The Process

Our team came up with a 5 step plan to get them ranking and start dominating search within their industry.

Step 1:

Get their brand name some authority with Google. We began to optimize for their brand anchors before going for any keywords. We did this because we needed to establish trust with Google and communicate to them that this is a multi national brand who needs to be recognized as such.

Step 2:

Optimize all meta tags. It's important to communicate to Google just what type of business you are. Many times the search engines get confused because your meta tags and descriptions either give conflicting information or not enough information at all. We needed to let Google know exactly the type of customers we were going after by optimizing every single page's meta tags and descriptions based on their keyword strategy.

Step 3:

The Power Is In High Authority Backlinks. We were able to create an extremely powerful backlink strategy that consisted of over 75 backlinks a month of sites with Domain Authority of 35 or higher. Good quality backlinks with quantity really sped up the optimization of this site.

Step 4:

Create a Blog and Write Consistently. We realized there were a lot of questions people were asking about their products and services. We created a blog and a content strategy that not only provided great value to their potential customers, but also revolved around our keyword strategy. We made sure we were answering the questions on their minds.

Step 5:

Interlinking. We did tons of interlinking between the blog pages and other service pages within the site that gave it more power and SEO juice for the keywords we needed to optimize.
