Under our management, the client's Google Ads ROAS went from far below profitability up to 830% and their overall conversion value climbed from approximately $2000/month to $103,305.39 in our last month of management, their first ever 6-figure month.
This prompted the co-founder to send us this message:
"We've just heard back from our guys; they are hiring more workers and buying more stock and they will be set up to handle more traffic. Wow! What a crazy ride this has been! We're ready for it! Max that budget!
"We're very excited, and we thank you for pushing us forward. This is a great partnership. "
When we started working with Leche they were struggling to break into a cornered market selling organic, European baby formula to parents in the US looking for an alternative to the available products in the US.
There were a fair amount of companies selling the exact same products who had been doing so for years and had built a strong repeat customer base and had captured a lot of the market for this product.
But Leche was unique, while other suppliers were frequently late in their shipments, difficult to reach with support issues and unresponsive to product quality issues, Leche put great care into these areas.
Leveraging influencer partnerships Leche had developed, we drew ad copy directly from the bloggers who their audience trusted and looked to for information.
We also completely restructured the account for clean organization based on ROAS targets by product and brand.
We further leveraged portfolio bidding strategies to feed more high-quality data into the bidding algorithm by unifying brands with similar ROAS targets under one umbrella bid strategy.
We added Facebook ads as a top-of-funnel tool to drive awareness and consideration for Leche over their competitors.
To further support advertising we conducted a full conversion rate optimization audit and implemented a strategic plan to improve the user experience across the entire relationship.

Crossnet is a revolutionary four-way volleyball game. I started advertising for Crossnet on Facebook and Instagram right before the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. As nationwide lockdowns began, the product started selling quickly. Pretty soon the product went on backorder which caused shipping delays, which ultimately affected ad performance. I worked with the Crossnet team and Facebook to make sure complaints about shipping didn't affect delivery and performance, and ensured that ads and the website had ample warning of shipping delays due to the pandemic.
EZDetangler has a very strong presence online, an established audience as well as a strong digital marketing strategy.
RocketPage works with them on a regular basis by building landing pages for the different offers of their marketing efforts.
The story started with a landing page of one of their product that we revamped, and we continued working together, building high converting landing pages for them and optimizing their user experience to get the most out of their traffic.
This was a brand new restaurant and they had zero online assets and no presence online, which for a restaurant means certain death. So they needed to get on the popular and more established platforms like Google Search, Facebook, and Instagram and we're currently working on an organic TikTok strategy to really blow up our exposure and the number of daily orders coming in.
I helped to create the website on WordPress and set up the foods they sell on WooCommerce so we could use that as a catalog to promote on Facebook, IG, Google Shopping, and other product awareness placements.
The main goal has been to generate customers for their lunch buffet and get exposure for dine-ins at night.
