Loop is a mental health app focused on helping people manage their social anxiety. I was tasked with generating app users with Apple Search Ads, Google Search and Facebook/Instagram Ads. The challenge was adapting to product change and shifts in focus, which is common in early-stage startups.
I performed a thorough audit of Loop’s ad platforms, site and app and identified what was working well and areas that had room for improvement, defined personas and created a detailed strategy based on these findings. I was familiar with Loop’s audience, their behavior and the types of messaging that resonates with them, so I knew how to target them and provided them with messaging that would grab their attention.
