The Challenge

I build the keto brand and scaled a few growth channels from scratch. Nova Keto was an e-commerce French weight loss supplement start-up selling keto products. I scaled the brand from $0 to 6-figures/month in 2 months.


The biggest challenge was inventory and cashflow issues. The company wasn't managing that properly so I left the project. I believe they had to close the shop as well.

The Process

I helped with everything a-z: building the website, the funnels, its social pages, email marketing, getting French influencers to promote their product and coming up with attractive offers. I also helped the company getting certified by the French government. I speak fluent french so I wrote all the copy as well. The strategies that I used were running special offers via Facebook ads and search campaigns via Google ads. I used the influencer marketing content for website credibility and retargeting campaigns.
