They compete against national giants in their industry with large advertising budgets and established reputations.
The challenge was to create profitable campaigns to generate online course enrollment with the high competition on the Google Ads platform.
We began by studying their past customers successes, primary likes and dislikes and the pain points that drove them to make the decision to enroll. I interviewed the owner of the company and their sales and fulfillment teams to understand the key impetus or change that drove a customer to make that purchase.
With a thorough knowledge of the customer in hand I was able to craft copy for ads, landing pages and email flows which hit directly at the points the customer most wanted to address. This copy delivered and exceptional 78% increase in conversion rate and a 53% increase in ROAS.
Simultaneously we used the power of Google Ads to tighten in on the exact audience we were targeting and removed the excess to maximize ad budget and profit. This resulted in a 38% increase in monthly business revenue in the 4 months we worked together.
