Deep dive through the account, identified several areas that were holding the account back. Changed the attribution model to a more appropriate model. Segmented campaigns into tighter product category clusters. Utilised Google Shopping in a more meaningful way. Updating to smart shopping when it became available.


As the relationship grew I made some additional recommendation to open up Facebook / Instagram as a channel. Then subsequently Pinterest and Influencer marketing
