PayPack Gift (now part of Live Love Karma) is a conscious mala and fashion jewelry brand our team has worked with from its inception. Our partnership and involvement has contributed to building this brand to 7 figures ARR, and eventually being successfully sold to a 9-figure brand.

Challenge:

Prior to working with us, PayBack Gift was in its early start-up mode – they had a mission, they have procured their quality suppliers but they did not have a structured plan to gain market share and grow online. Specifically they needed help with:


·      Building their brand’s reputation online

·      Optimizing their online store for sales and conversions

·      Creating and managing online advertisements designed to convert prospects into customers while maintaining healthy profit margins

·      Creating a high revenue generating email marketing strategy

·      Leveraging social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest to increase brand’s visibility and create a tribe of loyal fans

The Process

·      Worked with the brand to create an actionable digital marketing plan that was structed enough to be followed internally but flexible enough to cater to the natural changes in market, social media, and advertising platforms

·      Worked with the PPG team to redesign their Shopify website in order to increase on-page conversion for checkouts initiated, email subscriptions, upsells & cross-sales, and purchases

·      Provided PPG’s team with in-depth Facebook advertising training and as a result, 70% of their sales were delivered by Facebook advertisements

·      Created an email marketing strategy designed to maximize the revenue generated from emails and to gain a substantial market of repeat buyers, including welcome, thank you and cart recovery sequences – this resulted in email marketing adding an additional 20%+ of revenue month on month
