The Challenge

To acquire more Uber and Lyft drivers to sign up for their entertainment tablets

The Process

My role was to oversee all driver acquisition. I first reviewed their current channels to acquire drivers, updated tracking to be accurate. From there I looked at what channels could be refreshed and scaled. I built out audiences using first-party data and then began testing audiences and new creatives to ultimately scale marketing and be able to understand the levers that can be used depending on needs.

The Solution

Dropped the cost per lead with proper, scable testing of audiences, creatives and channels
