The Challenge

I manage the marketing strategy and website for a healthcare company called Preceptis Medical, also known as Hummingbird. They produce an alternative solution for parents to take their children to visit a clinic instead of a hospital for a 3-minute procedure to get ear tubes implanted. I designed and developed their most recent website, and created a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and overall ROI of their new ear tube product, launched in 2020.

The Process

The company was in need of a new website, which combined 3 of their old websites into 1, as well as a marketing strategy to increase sales and overall brand awareness in 2020 with their new ear tube product. Once website was launched, I created multiple landing pages as part of a lead generation email campaign to increase leads and customer demos, as well as a marketing strategy to be executed across paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), paid search (Google) and lead generation email marketing. Search engine optimization via Google was also a huge priority for the company to ensure Hummingbird was ranking #1 and had strong search visibility.

In 2020 I took on paid media, when I took over we were running traffic campaigns, we had not installed tracking on our menu site and couldn't run conversion campaigns. I first worked to set up proper tracking and pass that data to our facebook account. Next I built out a strategy and ran it past our CEO. In the next 3 months I took our roas from .5x to an average of 6x.


I have worked for Pei Wei since 2018 as a lead creative. Working on every creative touch point for the brand. Including email, website, billboards, campaigns, packaging, menus, in-store signage etc..
