The Challenge

Printed.com is an online printing e-commerce website for individuals and business. They were investing in growth by developing marketing strategies addressed to different segments such as designers, event planners, wedding planners, photographers and business.


I joined the team supporting with the media planning and activation of campaigns targeted to drive growth by driving new customer acquisition.

The Process


  • Media planning and budget distribution recommendations across channels. Performance forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders. Presenting improvement recommendations and test results.
  • CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation): Setting up and running Landing page A/B testing and funnel optimisation. Reporting to the tech and product teams on performance and recommendations.
  • Briefing the creative team for the generation of display assets and landing pages for digital campaigns.
