Andrea joined Fellow as the Director of DTC eCommerce - a Series B, coffee gear startup in San Francisco. She led the eCommerce B2C business, responsible for the P&L, eCommerce marketing and website product roadmap.

When she joined, the team has experienced some success with the first year of the pandemic, due to people investing in their home coffee brew bar. The challenges she faced were: there was no eCommerce team, no growth strategy, limited resources and budget, few business processes + low cross-team cohesion.

This is a weight loss product that was entering a competitive market. Our unique challenge was being able to demonstrate that the product worked since the science behind it occurs on the inside of the stomach and we had no way of showing this in real-time.

I was working as a consultant for a 4 months mission at IPG Mediabrands (Big Media Agency).

I was in charge of managing all Social Paid Media campaigns for a portfolio of clients such as:

• Belfius bank/Triodos Bank (Big Belgian bank)
• Nintendo
• Cointreau (Alcoholic beverage)
• Dr. Martens (famous French shoes' brand)
• Maison Montfort (Foie gras - duck liver)
• Scooore (Brand of "Belgian National Loterie" that promotes online Gambling)
