
In the first four months of my managing their Google Ads account:
The client's Google Ads account was being very poorly managed by their PPC vendor at the time and the ROAS they were getting was far below the desired level.
The client granted to me access to their Google Ads account and I reviewed the account with them over a Zoom call with screen sharing so I could point out areas for improvement.
Once they agreed to my proposal, I started managing the account and reviewing the results with them on bi-weekly calls.
Over the next few months, I was able to dramatically increase their ROAS and sales volume from their Google Ads account while actually lowering their ad spend.
In 2021 I suggested they expand the program to also include Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), so I opened a Microsoft account for them, and I have been managing both accounts since.

This client was opening its first medical and recreational marijuana dispensary in a suburb of Toronto with about 5 other locations nearby.
They were the "new kids on the block" and their goal was to cut into the existing market share.
Most people search for dispensaries if they already don't have a favourite one they go to.
We took advantage of this and got them ranked within the top 3 positions on Google from our SEO for over 15 keywords related to their demographics search queries.
This was all done within 5 months of starting.
They became the highest volume cannabis store in the area and now they've opened a second location which we also manage for SEO.
Important to note that they weren't doing any other form on online marketing.
Before selling on Amazon, Kappa was mainly focused on D2C via Shopify and brick & mortar retail locations. The pandemic changed everything and they needed to adjust their business and focus more on online sales.
