Launch a successful Kickstarter.
In order to scale this to $1M+ I first created a landing page using Instapage. The landing page allowed people to sign up to be notified when they launched and an email flow would hype them up (pre-release). Once we launched I put them on an email flow and started driving traffic from the proven audiences on Facebook. I worked with PR and the Kicsktarter team in order to keep the momentum going and used growth hacks to get more shares on Facebook.
The launch was a success and they crushed the weighted blanket campaign.
