As a result, our team successfully increased ROAS of Xhilaration's clothing + accessories to over +650% in just under 4 months.
As a Digital Media Analyst + Buyer on Target.com team, one of my main priorities and challenges was securing enough digital inventory each month to hit vendor expectations and increase brand awareness, lead generation/acquisition and product sales, while transitioning internal CRM platforms to Salesforce.
I strengthened online sales of vendor programs including multiple clothing/accessory, health & wellness, media, children toys, video games, grocery/household, pet, beauty/style, and health brands by supporting collaborations with the Account Management teams in the United States and India to establish the appropriate marketing strategy, media spend and SEO strategy to implement. One prime example was with Xhilaration in women's clothing. This marketing plan included media spend for the following: display ads on Target.com, programmatic display ads, paid social + search ads via Facebook, Instagram + Pinterest, email marketing automation, affiliate marketing and SMS mobile/Cartwheel offers. The goal was to drive and increase traffic to Xhilaration's new landing PDP page on Target.com to generate new leads and increase returning customers month-over-month.

Calian is a large B2B/B2G professional services company, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. When I started with Calian in early 2019, they had a Drupal 7 website that had been somewhat neglected and had technical issues, and the design and content were overall unimpressive, and not representative of a strong brand with an umbrella of highly specialized solutions. They were also lacking a social media strategy, appropriate analytics tracking, marketing automation and a modern CRM solution.
