TestSure.com needed to redesign their website, migrate it to a new server. They also were expanding their product line to offer 20 new products. They wanted to maintain their previous keyword rankings on their original product line while expanding their organic traffic from keywords related to the new products being offered.
I was in charge of building the new site in WooCommerce and migrating the site to the new AWS server. I was also in charge of developing a keyword and content strategy to maintain previous rankings while improving keyword rankings of new products.

It was an eight-week engagement to conduct an SEO audit for a section of the client's site. I managed an offshore resource supporting the engagement and used an in-house design specialist to product the final report deliverable for the client. I conducted a range of interviews with the major members of the marketing team to understand internal processes, workflows, marketing persona development and marketing research.
