The Cinnamon Room specialises in creating beautiful rugs and home décor that are inspired by the founder’s travels. This project kicked off just as the pandemic hit and Singapore went into lockdown. Overnight the goals of this project changed from increasing awareness and bringing people into the store to driving website traffic and driving sales online to ensure the company would survive.
We launched a series of tactics through an integrated marketing campaign, including creating the strategy for their social media channels, launching social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, SEM and SEO, as well as hosting virtual styling workshops to keep audiences engaged.
