The Challenge

The Jewelry Vine, a small yet scaling jewelry brand for kids, had challenges juggling the day-to-day demands of managing an email & SMS channel while ensuring customers stay loyal in a commoditized industry. She asked us to help her take her email, SMS and CRM program to the next level so she could focus on perfecting her products and selection.

The Process

First, I started by implementing my unique email & SMS strategy that focuses on four key pillars:


  1. Segmentation - finding the right person
  2. Personalization - sending them the right message
  3. Automation - automating the message at the right time
  4. Multiplication - scaling this process for different customers, products and initiatives


Next, I rolled this strategy out through a monthly campaign calendar, customer lifecycle journeys and pre- and post-purchase workflows. TJV's product selection was vast so excelling in product recommendations was key to the success of their program.


Finally, I implemented a complete 12-month roadmap that ensured they were constantly moving forward on new email & SMS initiatives and opportunities.
