Education is a dynamic industry, I have had very specific goals with tight turn arounds. The challenge most often faced are that of prioritizing KPIS for different programs when there are hundreds of programs.

Big R is now an online only retail store that sells everything from kids toys to hardware to camping, sporting/outdoor gear, clothing, accessories, and more. I specifically worked on the brand for about a year to take them through a brand refresh, develop a 6-month marketing strategy and to launch a couple new products within the children's toys and video games categories.

The previous marketing agency was developing a ton of pages and providing blog assets, but after four years, they just couldn't deliver in developing actionable leads. So when taking over the customer, we had to rebuild the customer website, build out an email campaign and work on programs that make the phones ring.

LCI Paper benefits from a loyal consumer base, oftentimes event planners, calligraphers, and other professional roles that demand buying high-quality paper in bulk. Without a central way of engaging its audience on a regular basis, LCI Paper wasn’t fully leveraging its buying potential.
