The Challenge

  • We had a tight window for launch and sales. They came to us in the middle of November and needed to be launched a week ago, since the Christmas season sales only had 45 days left.
  • Last Christmas, the client only spent $30k total
  • The client had never gotten more than a 2.5x ROAS
  • Seasonal Product

The Process

  • We had to move quickly, segmenting out products based on profit margins, competition, and market share.
  • We went broad with our campaigns, testing Google search, Display, Google shopping, retargeting, and discovery.
  • Daily monitoring to move the budget around, turning on and off campaigns until we had the desired results.
  • Then we got aggressive with the spend to scale the campaigns and capture as much revenue as possible in the short time frame.

The Solution

  • 5.38x ROAS
  • $84k spend turned into $456k in revenue
  • On top of that, Google Ads assisted in additional conversions worth $200,648 in revenue (making that a total of 7.7x ROAS)
