The Challenge

I had a wonderful experience working with Vakilsearch in promoting their brand through different social media channels. Since Vakilsearch was a legal service provider, I learnt the techniques and tactics often used to promote such brands. Having worked with a B2C company, I would be analysing their customers' problems and stress upon them in offering good and best deals. India is a diversified country and thus, every state has different protocols, regulations and law system, nevertheless, the fundamental lies the same. For instance, the GST registration process varies in each state. The terms and jargons mentioned were challenging, however, in due course, I became an expert in writing more than 20 service pages and 200+ blogs for them.

The Process

I was hired as a Senior Content Writer wherein I managed to work on SEO, social media posting and explanatory videos on services of Vakilsearch, in short. Besides writing hundreds of blogs and promotional articles, I came up with content marketing strategies. Vakislearch uses WordPress as their CMS and thus, I was able to learn and acquire the maximum knowledge to use the platform effectively. I do good research and set my SEO goals on the right track. From choosing the right topic to publishing it by implementing tags, keywords, meta description and readability range, I make sure to give my best before my readers read it.

I began by leveraging the client’s existing data and Google’s machine learning algorithm to ensure that we’re targeting users most likely to convert. The goal was to feed the algorithm with the best data possible so we could go after new customers searching for non-branded terms.


After sufficiently utilizing campaign structures to segment the customer journey map in Google Ads, I began a substantial increase in ad spend to scale this account while maintaining an optimal ROAS.


Once we established a great search ads structure, we began to move higher in the funnel utilizing Google display, discovery and video campaigns for new customer acquisition.
