This comfort food company was doing well but recognized the need to retain more of its existing customer base. Strategies such as retargeting on social media are expensive, however. After doing some research and hearing positive remarks from other DIDO clients, they decided to move forward with DIDO’s email marketing to re-engage their customers and develop more long term relationships.

Renown was having great success with direct mailers since the 90's, but hadn't developed their online presence and paid media strategy. We had no data going in on which products to focus on, which channels to choose, or how to position ourselves in the market.

In my previous role as Head of EMEA Social Media & Content at Google, my mission was to create a high-functioning content and social media capability within the region and to equip PR and marketing leads from around the world to create winning holistic campaigns with confidence.
