We helped take this brand from launch to 7 figures over a period of 1.5 years.

Here's a message from the owner after our first 4 days of advertising:

"I have only sold 2 (decks) prior... BUT THIS WEEKEND—we have taken in 7 orders for a total of 444 decks—yes 444 decks!!!"

"So whatever you are doing—I’m ready to double down!"

The Challenge

You're On Deck had never hit the point of scale through Google Ads. They'd always just plodded along. They knew there was potential in Google to reach their ideal customers but previous agencies had failed to tap into that stream for them effectively.

The Process

By carefully studying their previous ads and what was most successful we built a campaign structure around customer segments that allowed us to communicate the proper messaging to each unique group.

With a product selection that was wildly different in price range and order size (from 2 units all the way up to 1000s) we segmented shopping ads into different buyer categories and wrote unique descriptions for each product to target each of their audience categories. We ended up with several different shopping campaigns with the same products in each, but the product descriptions varying widely to meet the search characteristics of the different buyer types we wanted to target.

We also took a careful review of their customer purchase behavior along with their business goals to select the most appropriate attribution model to allow us to scale.

A complementary campaign across Facebook to introduce their products to people who were not actively searching helped flesh out a complete media strategy for growth.

All this paired with a complete website review and conversion rate optimization project completed the package and You're On Deck was finally able to scale, and scale we did, achieving a 420% spike in revenue from digital channels and an overall YoY revenue growth of 124%.
