The Challenge

Goli is the owner of multiple weight loss products. One of the challenges was to scale to 500k/month in ad spend. I overcame this by scaling vertically and horizontally at the same time. Another big factor for this success was refreshing creatives on a weekly basis.

The Process

I grew the brand and scaled a few growth channels for Goli, an e-commerce company selling a variety of supplements such as selling apple cider gummies and keto products, from $0 to 6-figures/month in 2020. I helped with everything a-z: building the landing pages, the funnels and coming up with attractive offers. The strategies that I used were running special offers via Facebook/Instagram ads. I used influencer marketing content to gain trust and credibility and leveraged these for top of funnel and retargeting campaigns.

The Solution

Managed a budget of $500,000/month, and achieved a consistent average ROA of 2.5X. We went from $0/month to $7-figures/month of gross revenue in a few months time. The client needed one month of planning and strategizing and then one month of launching.

ROAS

Dakine

Dakine was running paid search campaigns that were targeting all of the United States and were not breaking up states. I let them know this was a concern because different audiences in different regions are going to be interested in the same products, it depends on the weather.

HealthyUp

HealthyUp's founder had spent a couple of years testing consumer response to the product she had developed for menopause relief by selling primarily on Amazon. Having gathered positive feedback from a few dozen customers, she wanted to launch her own e-commerce business but was a sole proprietor with limited direct-to-consumer experience. She called on me to help her put all the foundational elements in place to position the company for growth.
