The Challenge

J&J Trucking is a trucking services company that does cross-country and local shipping. They were looking for a website refresh that would improve their brand perception and accept applications in an easier fashion.

The Process

The first big hurdle was building the online application into the website. They were looking for a lot of fields to make sure that they could capture 10 years of work history. The next stage was getting our photography team on site to capture photos of their equipment so they would have plenty of high quality pictures. After that, we dove into what the primary reasons to go with J&J Trucking and lay them out in an easy to digest format for the site.

The Solution

Results from the website were a resounding success! They started getting ranked more on Google, receiving more site traffic, and getting more applications. Unfortunately, they didn't have website tracking on their previous website so we weren't able to track % improvement on key KPIs.
