The assigned project with JATIE was to incorporate SMS Marketing into Katie's brand for both J80 Fit and JATIE Beauty. A challenge that we encountered with this project was that they had two separate brands (in two separate niches) set up under one Shopify account. So we had to figure out the best way to divert the traffic to which brand they were interested in. Also, Katie's audience is very young (Ages 13-17) and this audience needs to be nurtured longer than most because they typically don't have their own credit or debit card to make a purchase and need to ask a parent to make the purchase for them.
Everything was set up from scratch as these two brands never implemented SMS Marketing prior to working with us. We created a strategy for how we would funnel each customer to the specific brand they were interested in and then segment from there. We built everything out inside of Postscript, a popup to collect new subscribers, action-based automation, and campaigns.
