Kwikly dental staffing has to tailor to a two sided marketplace. Dental Professionals and Dental Offices. The challenge is meeting the needs of each persona and attracting them in a highly competitive market. In addition it was challenging to find incentives to attract more leads when most are very resistant to change.
For this client I managed almost all marketing efforts other than direct cold calling. I was in charge of marketing strategy, creating offers, managing all paid media campaigns, website development, landing page development, and tracking + analytics.

As the marketing manager supporting the work of the main account manager, I was tasked with improving their website UX/UI, and content, I was in charge of their social media and helped create more content for their blog. The main challenge was to increase social media engagement and create a better understanding what Gaviti has to offer.
The challenges with Bounkit were to bring a much more cohesive feel to their social media approach and provide content unity and consistency. Not being on location, we had to work hand in hand with the owners to ensure proper creative execution and representation of their physical location. Working with a luxury jewelry company, it was important to get traffic to their pages, and from there to their website where they could expand on their story and offering.
Crossnet is a revolutionary four-way volleyball game. I started advertising for Crossnet on Facebook and Instagram right before the start of the Covid 19 pandemic. As nationwide lockdowns began, the product started selling quickly. Pretty soon the product went on backorder which caused shipping delays, which ultimately affected ad performance. I worked with the Crossnet team and Facebook to make sure complaints about shipping didn't affect delivery and performance, and ensured that ads and the website had ample warning of shipping delays due to the pandemic.
