The Challenge

Launching and scaling a Drop-shipping Ecommerce during the pandemic with huge delivery times.

The Process

Identifying products that people were demanding to work out from home, finding a serious agency in china to deliver, and creating a remote customer service team.

The store was very niched, selling mainly big home gym equipment, such as pull-up racks. I created several Google shopping campaigns using priority strategies.

In 2012 I founded the Inkkas company (www.inkkas.com) and successfully scaled the company from zero into a multi-million dollar brand and then sold the company in 2016 to celebrity investor Marcus Lemonis. GetAgent is a UK-based real estate agent comparison website that uses data to showcase the best performing real estate agents in every local area. They generate revenue by charging for introduced home sellers to the estate agents.


We were driving a lot of traffic to our pages but only a low double digit percentage of traffic were converting into leads. Given our acquisition strategy of pursuing a target audience in high intent channels, we knew we could perform better.

Challenge

One of MassPay's key value propositions is to help global companies enter emerging markets, particularly where payments can be tricky (e.g. Africa, South East Asia, Latin America). In many of these regions, payees do not have a bank account, or are underbanked.
