Morning Man sells a green powder mix of superfoods for morning shakes targeting Men. The main challenge was to scale to 20k/month whilst keeping a health CPA. I was able to reduce the CPA by half. This was done by scaling horizontally and testing many creatives and scaling the best performers.
I grew the brand and scaled via social ads, from $0 to 5-figures/month in 2021. The strategies that I used were running special offers via Facebook/Instagram ads. I used influencer marketing content to gain trust and credibility and leveraged these for top of funnel and retargeting campaigns. Specifically, I was able to meet the KPIs with this brand by scaling horizontally by testing out many different targeting angles.
